It hasn’t just been a week anymore — I’m officially going on my 11th shot of Trizepitide (aka Zepbound), and I’ve learned more about myself in these past weeks than I expected to.
When I first started, I kept thinking I should wait until I had “bigger” results before posting anything. But somewhere along the way, I realized the real growth isn’t just in the before-and-after — it’s in everything in between.
So here I am, still very much in progress, but proud enough to say this: things are changing.
💉 Why Trizepitide (and Peptides in General)?
I didn’t want another “start on Monday” moment that fades by Friday. I wanted a full reset — something that would help me rebuild my habits, not just chase a short-term fix.
For me, Trizepitide (Zepbound) has been that tool. It’s part of a broader peptide-based wellness approach I’ve been exploring — peptides that work with your body’s natural systems to promote balance, energy, recovery, and metabolic health.

It’s not magic, but it’s been a catalyst for mindfulness:
- Smaller portions actually satisfy me.
- My cravings are calmer.
- And I’m finally listening to what my body really needs.
To stay consistent, I’ve been journaling everything — meals, moods, hydration, and small wins that keep me accountable — all in Google Keep. It’s simple, easy to update on my phone, and lets me color-code and label my entries so I can actually see patterns forming over time.
And yes, my time-marked water bottle 💧 is still my non-negotiable companion. It sounds simple, but those hourly reminders have made staying hydrated almost effortless.
💸 The Money Shift
One unexpected perk? How much I’ve saved since starting this journey.
By skipping drive-thru coffees and late-night takeout, I started noticing a difference in my spending within just a few weeks. Those “little” extras were quietly adding up — and now that I’m more mindful, the savings are too.
Meal prepping has been a game-changer. I use these stackable glass containers 🥗 for portion control and easy grab-and-go lunches, and my Instant Pot 🍲 has practically replaced my delivery apps on busy nights.
I even dusted off my budget planner 💰 to track what I’m saving — and seeing progress in both my health and finances has been an unexpected source of motivation.
🌿 Still in Progress, but Grateful
At 11 shots in, I know this journey is far from over. Some days feel effortless, and others take real discipline — but that’s what growth looks like.
Trizepitide (aka Zepbound) has helped me find balance, not just in how I eat, but in how I manage my time, energy, and money.
I’ll keep sharing monthly updates here — what’s working, what’s changing, and how both my wellness and wallet continue to transform.
Here’s to staying consistent, giving myself grace, and embracing the process — one shot, one step, one mindful choice at a time. 🌱
